Recruiting Future Indigenous Leaders to Cornell University
Promising Futures is an outreach and recruitment program implemented for the first time in March 2014 to attract prospective Native American undergraduate students to consider applying to Cornell. Designed to provide prospective students, teachers, counselors, and parents with information about Cornell University and the American Indian and Indigenous Studies Program, Promising Futures consists of tours, presentations and workshops about everything from admissions to financial aid, as well as in depth Q&A sessions with AIISP faculty, staff, and current students. For more information contact Kathy Halbig, Student Services Associate.
Promising Futures 2019 will take place on March 15-16.
