The American Indian and Indigenous Studies Program (AIISP) offers funding opportunities to eligible students at the graduate and undergraduate levels. Please note that these funds are separate from a students' financial aid package and are meant to support relevant travel, research, enrichment, and experiential learning as described below.
 

Graduate:

The AIISP provides Enrichment Funding, Travel Grants, and Research Grants to support graduate student participation in activities that support academic scholarship such as: educational workshops, conferences, research, field work, presentations and/ or an arts program with an American Indian/ Indigenous peoples’ cultural component. 

Undergraduate:

The AIISP provides Enrichment Funding and Experiential Funding to support undergraduate student participation in activities such as: an internship, educational workshops, conferences, research, field work, presentations and/ or an arts program with an American Indian/ Indigenous peoples’ cultural component.
