Student Life

The American Indian and Indigenous Studies Program (AIISP) prides itself on having one of the highest graduation and retention rates for American Indian students in the nation. This is primarily achieved by the building of community through supportive services such as academic advisement, peer mentorship, professional development opportunities, event programming and much more.

Our staff and faculty are committed to supporting American Indian students by facilitating their academic and career oriented goals during their time at Cornell and beyond. Our student services associate has over 15 years of experience and serves as a resource to help students navigate Cornell and take advantage of the many resources it has to offer.
